Two people, one tiny oven, a lot of butter.

Danielle & Nick run scratch baked goods out of a small cottage kitchen in Bend, Oregon. Everything is made the slow way — laminated by hand, piped to order, and finished in the kind of quiet that only happens before the sun is properly up.

We take a small number of orders each week so every box gets the time it deserves. Pickup in Bend, occasional drop-offs around Deschutes County, and a soft spot for cream puffs in velvet ribbon.
